Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 31st October, 2025: Line Investments & Property L.L.C, the shopping mall development and management arm of Abu Dhabi-based Lulu International Holdings Limited, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PARKONIC, the next-generation smart parking solutions brand redefining urban mobility, to manage and digitize parking operations across Lulu’s retail destinations locally and globally.The partnership with PARKONIC represents a key step in Line Investments’ long-term digital transformation strategy to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience through technology integration across its diverse mall portfolio. Through this initiative, PARKONIC will deploy its proprietary Smart Mobility Operating System (PARKONIC OS) — integrating AI, cloud intelligence, and intelligent hardware to modernize and streamline parking operations. This implementation will enable seamless access, automated entry and exit, and real-time operational insights, enhancing the shopping experience, optimizing traffic flow, and supporting sustainability goals in line with national smart-city initiatives.
